  • Abstract Wireless communication technology has been in progress rapidly in recent years,and powerful smartphones become more and more popular.Today with so many applications for smartphone,people can enjoy the pleasure every time and every where.But it will also bring a big problem - The shortage of radio resources.To serve more users,to supply better Quality of Service , and to utilize radio resources more efficiently , it is very important to manage radio resource.
    This thesis is discussed under the architecture of SC-FDMA in LTE uplink , and we propose a new resource allocation algorithm . Compared to two well-known algorithms - RME and MEG , the simulation results show that our proposed algorithm can provide much more steady and better Quality of Service to users with different requirements.
