  • Abstract The purpose of this paper is to develop a measurement platform for DC electric power systems.
      This paper designed four testing processes which include a test for measuring system loading characteristic, a test for DC to DC converting efficiency, a test for battery charging efficiency and a test for measuring the max capacity of battery to support developers examining their system.
      This paper designed and implemented the measurement platform and used it to test the RF module of CAN-SAT and the power module of SRV8 recovery system, and to examine the design of a step down converter and a SEPIC converter.
