  • Abstract We have studied on the Ruthenium catalyzed cycloaddition of alkynes and azides to form 1,2,3-triazoles. In the isomerization studies, we found that the structure of 1,2,3-triazoles are stable. We have also found that
    diarylacetylene bearing electron-withdrawing groups are more reactive than those with electron-donating groups, and the reaction rate is proportional to the concentration of alkynes.
