  • Abstract 嵌段式聚氨基甲酸酯(Segmented polyurethane,PU)擁有龐大的化學結構數目以及內部特殊的微相形態,故反應出許多多變的性質,同時也複雜化了PU形態、結構和性質的關係。為此我們希望能藉由合成完全相分離的PU彈性體,來探討此微域形態與其形態變化的交互關係。
    本實驗以非極性的Hydroxyl-terminated Polyisoprene(HTpolyIP)作為軟質段、1,4-Butanediol(BD)作為chain extender,Toluene diisocyanate(TDI,2,4含80%,2,6含20%)為主要硬質段異氰酸鹽,再分別以不同比例的4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)來取代硬質段主鏈上的TDI,合成一系列非極性式的PU彈性體。並藉由過去學長[5]的研究,希望能將此一系列關於硬質段鏈上不同的TDI、MDI的影響,能做一個更完整且深入的探討。
