  • Abstract 「知識管理」是近年來在管理學界廣受重視的研究領域之一,然而在研究日本是改善提案制度的過程中亦發現,提案制度的發展及運用早在二十世紀中即已展開。很顯然的,在現代「知識管理」與「知識經濟」研究風潮之前,日本企業在「改善提案」中反覆思考、不斷創新的組織知識學習創造的過程就不曾停止過。
    本研究以一在台日資企業推行之改善提案制度為基礎,以研究改善提案制度如何運用在知識創造的過程中,並嘗試了解日本式改善提案制度中的「提案」──「改善」的過程對於組織學習的影響及貢獻為何。
    進一步亦希望能釐清改善提案中的有形提案與無形提案對於組織所代來的意義,及其對知識累積與知識創造的效果。
    最後,並探討改善提案制度在組織學習過程中產生的遞延效果對於企業的意涵為何。
