  • Abstract 「發展高品質的軟體,嚴謹的流程是很重要的」,所以在資訊系統的開發,最重要的就是軟體程序。軟體程序為軟體開發的管理與規範的綱要,以利軟體開發時所進行的一連串步驟,有一標準的依據,並得以提昇軟體的品質。以美國卡內基美隆大學所建立的一套衡量軟體公司發展軟體程序成熟度的「SEI-CMM指標」(Software Engineering Institute Capability Maturity Model for Software) 為的就是提供這些軟體組織一些指導方針,以改善他們在人員相關議題上的實務工作,CMM所描繪的是一個循序漸進的改善方向,讓一個軟體組織由混亂、不一致地執行工作,轉變為成熟、有制度並持續地改善人員知識技能發展的境界。
    本論文將以台灣區的大型企業為對象,經過問卷資料的分析與研究假設的檢定之後,來檢定在台灣企業中,軟體程序成熟度與組織中的資訊部門高階主管、開發人員及企業的資訊化成熟度等相關因素做一探討,以作為提供企業在資訊系統開發時,在持續改善其資訊管理與提昇人員能力成熟度時之重要參考依據。
