    This paper presents some ideas related to the
    translation between the fuzzy controller and the quasi-
    classical controller. The key point is to obtain the quasi-
    classical PID for a given Fuzzy-PID type controller. From this
    idea, we focus the attention on the acquirement of a useful tool
    to get the approximately classical PID. This method can
    translate all the fuzzy controller to the quasi-classical
    controller.  In order to improve further the performance of
    the transient state and the steady state of the PID type
    controller, we develop a method to tune the scaling factors of
    the PID type fuzzy controller on line. This method has two type
    tuners, one is the function tuner and another is the fuzzy
    tuner. The simulations of the PID type fuzzy controller with the
    self-tuning scaling factors shows the better performance in the
    transient and steady state response.
