  • Abstract   本論文以四氯化鈦為原料,研究製作透明納米級二氧化鈦微結晶粒子覆膜液的方法,期望製備出高表面積且具銳鈦礦結晶的二氧化鈦薄膜。
      四氯化鈦經過水解、沈澱、酸解及水熱反應等步驟,可製作穩定懸浮的二氧化鈦粒子溶液。利用XRD、DLS、FTIR、TGA、DTA、DSC、BET及TEM等儀器分析探討溶液的酸鹼值、過氧化氫添加量和加熱溫度時間的影響,可以決定最佳的溶液組成及加熱條件如下:
    TiO2 / H2O2 / H2O = 1 / 2 / 97 (重量比)
    酸鹼值為8、加熱溫度為90℃、加熱時間6~8小時
    此時二氧化鈦大部分為長條狀的一次粒子,以TEM觀察粒徑,長軸約10 nm、短軸約4 nm。
      將此二氧化鈦粒子溶液以浸漬覆膜方式鍍於玻璃上,可得透明且牢固的光觸媒薄膜基材。在紫外光照射下,測量水與基材間的接觸角,顯示有強烈的親水性。最後以醋酸作為反應測試物進行液相光催化反應,實驗結果證明本研究製備的二氧化鈦具有不錯的光催化能力。
