Abstract Computer Ionospheric Tornography(CIT) is a new method to study the large scale structure of the ionosphere. This report use this method to analysis the NNSS data during the volcano eruption on 22 November 22 1994. By these analyses, we find the electron density has obvious raise before the volcano eruption. However, about thirty hours after volcano eruption, electron density also has obvious raise and its maximum positions transmit toward north. But, at the second day, electron density has recovered as the same as the reference day. These results show the volcanic effects vanish.
